Alrighty folks the Olympics are here!!! Soccer starts today so lets train like you were on team USA.
Every sport trains differently when it comes to workouts and nutrition. A main aspect of soccer….you guessed it, ENDURANCE. So today my challenge to you is to find a walk/run/cardio plan for 20-90 minutes (depending on your current level of physical activity) and start to build that endurance up.
