Workout Wednesday

I hope you all had just sooooo much fun with the Olympic workouts like I did and watching them! So today just as a send off till the next one I thought a bit of restoration and realization was needed. Rest days are needed in workout routines, but trying to make them active and not passive is key. A very popular “rest day” activity for athletes is yoga.
